In 2009, Shawn Monroe four star Executive Chef, partnered with Neill Reagan to focus on the full service catering and food service contract business. Chef Shawn Monroe was at Cornell University from 1997 - 2002, where he turned his talents into teaching as chef de cuisine for the School of Hotel Management. It was here that he was able to work with celebrity chefs, such as Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck, Chef Morimoto from Iron Chef and Daniel Boulud.
